At Centralen Thy, we have taken inspiration from the classic flavours of Mortensaften and added our own distinctive touch.

The evening begins with a small snack at the table and continues with a menu where salmon, Danish æbleskiver, caviar and wood sorrel pave the way for the star of the evening: organic duck from Vester Krogsgaard in Thy.

We serve it with pulled duck, caramelised potatoes, pickled red cabbage salad, Furvus glaze and crispy kale chips.

To finish, we present our interpretation of the beloved Danish dessert risalamande: a fragilité roulade with Amarone cherry sauce and salted caramelised almonds.

We have, of course, curated a Danish wine pairing to accompany the menu from start to finish. Available both with and without alcohol.
