Children's encounter with art and nature
Join us for a free and unforgettable morning for children and adults in Løkken! Experience the small wonders of nature and let your imagination run wild as children become part of the town's art scene.
Experience a playful and educational morning with your children, combining the wonderful world of nature with artistic expression. The event is free and aimed at children ages 3–12 and their adults.
The event begins with a bioblitz, where children, equipped with collecting tools, go on a journey of discovery among the creepy crawlies in the grass and under the stones. They study their finds closely and learn about the special characteristics and lifestyles of the animals.
Once their discoveries are made, the experiences are transformed into art. The children paint their impressions and finds on stones, which later become part of the decorations of the Løkken Art Trail. In doing so, they contribute to a collective work of art in the city.
Nature and outdoor guide Mette Ósland – known as NaturMette – will lead participants through the morning with enthusiasm and insights into nature.
Admission is free, registration is not required, and everyone is welcome.
