Look forward to exploring Nørre Vosborg's brunch buffet with extraordinary food experiences from the West Jutland pantry. As far as possible, we use ingredients from the moors, fjords and forests around us.
We work with local suppliers and producers who grow and raise some of the area's best and most exciting ingredients - often organic.
We offer delicacies that you won't find anywhere else - how about venison from Klosterheden, homemade jams and syrups, organic cheeses from Thise, organic pork from Bertel and many other flavours.
Sunday brunch takes place every Sunday from 11.30 - 15.00 (Arrival between 11.30 - 12.30)
