The fact that today there is an art museum in Lemvig, which as its special area has the religious art, stems from the large decoration of Lemvig church, which the visual artist Bodil Kaalund made 1976-81.

Vildmose gate - a regional and adventure center in Store Vildmose. You can experience one of the old stables farms, as it appeared in 1949. The old red wooden barn now houses the exhibition "Marsh Woman's Land", which is open seven days a week.  In the area you can buy the tasty vildmose potatoes.

The best preserved brewery in the country in Northern Europe is situated in the mainstreet of Fjerritslev. In the late eiighteenth century P. Kjeldgaard built a brewery at this place. For the enormous sum of D.kr. 60.000 he erected the only building with two storeys on the road between Aalborg and Thisted.
