Stranding Museum St. George

The Stranding Museum St. George in Thorsminde reopens on 6 February and is an ideal destination for a winter holiday outing, especially for families with children. The museum tells the dramatic stories of shipwrecks and disasters along the rugged west coast and houses thousands of finds from the English warship HMS St. George, which sank off Thorsminde in 1811.
