Restaurant JA in Holstebro is a relaxed, high-ceilinged place where you can enjoy delicious food with friends, family, colleagues and so on. Here is the good host and relaxed atmosphere in the high seat. The lounge is ideally suited for an aperitif before dinner, a glass of wine, fancy cocktail or small light dishes.
Restaurant JA is Holstebro's new food mecca. The restaurant is located in the buildings of the former Holstebro Iron Foundry, close to Musikteatret and Big Bio.
The wine cellar, with wines from floor to ceiling, is a walk-in wine cellar on the ground floor and is managed by Emil Andreassen, a trained sommelier. The wine cellar also serves as a "Private Dining Room", where you can dine in private surroundings while still enjoying the restaurant experience. It is particularly suitable for smaller business groups of up to 20 people.
Head chef Jakob Jensbye, who trained at Under Klippen, works with the best ingredients of the season. The "farm-to-table" story is an important part of the restaurant's approach.
The local ingredients are preferably sourced from West Jutland and Northwest Jutland. The menu changes every week and features well-known classic dishes and traditional craftsmanship in the restaurant's own interpretations.
