At Kraghøjgård Økologi, food is produced with an uncompromising focus on organic principles and animal welfare. The 450 sows and their piglets live freely on large pasture areas with access to fresh water, roughage, and natural surroundings. The piglets roam the fields searching for worms, roots, and insects, while the sow enjoys life by the mud pool. The farm shop sells its own organic pork as well as organic beef, game, organic chicken, and organic flour – complemented by vegetables and local crafts. Campervan overnight stays are available with views of fields and pigs.
