We are firing up the grill and giving our traditional party night a summery twist!

Every Wednesday throughout the summer, we invite you to a barbecue night featuring a 3-course buffet menu. Here, you can fill your plate with wonderful flavors, relax in cozy surroundings, and perhaps hit the dance floor when the music starts playing.

Dine indoors or enjoy the evening outside in the fresh sea air – and let the music set the tone for the rest of the night. There is plenty of room for quality time, laughter, and a little dancing under the summer sky. It is a wonderful and relaxed way to bring family and friends together.

• Cold green pea soup with crème fraîche, truffle, and homemade croutons

• Grand BBQ buffet straight from the terrace – featuring juicy grilled dishes, potatoes of the day, delicious salads, and plenty of great sides

• Hansens ice cream bar with homemade marshmallow fluff (guf) and a selection of toppings
