Exclusive Burgundy Evening with the Winemaker

Restaurant VANDret invites wine and food enthusiasts to a truly special evening as Domaine R. Dubois et Fils visits the restaurant for an exclusive Burgundy wine dinner.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste eight carefully selected wines from the family’s renowned estate while hearing the stories behind each wine directly from winemaker Béatrice Dubois. The tasting journey ranges from a fresh Bourgogne Aligoté to elegant Premier Cru wines and culminates in a spectacular Grand Cru finale. 

To accompany the wines, Restaurant VANDret has created a special menu for the evening, including:

• VANDret oysters with granité
• Ceviche with finger lime and green grapes
• Pan-fried North Sea fish with yuzu kosho beurre blanc
• Grilled vegetables and Norway lobster
• Monkfish cooked over an open fire
• Coffee and petit fours

This evening is designed for those seeking an extraordinary gastronomic experience where wine, ingredients, and storytelling come together in perfect harmony.
