Join us when nature guide Jakob Kofoed guides and talks about the mushrooms in Nybæk Plantage – focusing on which mushrooms can be eaten or NOT must be eaten.
Bring a basket for the mushrooms, a small knife and something hot to drink such as coffee / tea / chocholate.
Afterwards, a delicious menu made with mushrooms and other delicious things from nature is eaten, all enjoyed with a delicious glass of white wine sponsored by 1. Lounge in Løkken.

10.30-12.00 mushroom hunting in the plantation and coffee
12.00-12.30 presentation of the found mushrooms
12.30 3 appetizers with different mushrooms and a glass of white wine
Menu
Salad with sea buckthorn marinated scallions, pickled rose hips & other things from the forest/blackberries, apple, marinated mushrooms, hazelnuts
Orly fried karl johan, with a dip of nettles/rams chives/scallion cabbage & sea buckthorn
Toast with mushroom cream
Price: The activity is for adults and the price is DKK 125 + fee.
However, children are also welcome (free under 15).
