Spanish night at Myggen's

Myggen’s invites you to a culinary evening inspired by Spain, where flavors, atmosphere, and aesthetics come together in perfect harmony – in collaboration with David Andreasen from Vinslottet.dk.

Enjoy an exquisite five-course menu featuring carefully curated dishes such as grilled halibut, Iberico pork, traditional paella, braised oxtail, and a sweet finale with almond cake and orange parfait.

The evening begins with a welcome glass of sparkling cava and is complemented by nine selected wines from Spain’s sun-drenched regions, completing the experience.
