Come and Join Us for a Delightful Sauna Gus Session at Havbadehuset Come and join us for a wonderful session of saunagus (essential oil sauna infusion) at Havbadehuset. Here, you can relax, enjoy the heat, and loosen up sore muscles in the large sauna while taking in the views over the dunes.

During saunagus, water mixed with essential oils is poured directly onto the red-hot stones of the sauna stove, causing the mixture to evaporate and spread throughout the room. As the gusmaster (sauna master) waves the towel, the sauna fills with delightful scents from the essential oils, transporting your thoughts back to nature. Along the way, the gusmaster will entertain with tall tales and ensure a warm, cozy atmosphere in the sauna.

A sensory experience for both body and mind!

Accessibility Havbadehuset is fully accessible – this experience is therefore also well-suited for wheelchair users and those with mobility needs.
