Ocean Rescue Camp Løkken

Ocean Rescue Camp is an exciting lifeguard camp for water-loving children and teens aged 8–15. Through a mix of play, training, and action-packed activities, participants learn essential skills in lifesaving, first aid, and water safety.

Throughout the camp, children take part in fun and realistic scenarios inspired by real coastal lifeguard work. They gain knowledge in lifesaving first aid and self-rescue while enjoying activities such as beach flag races, rescue drills with torpedoes, and many other beach and water-based challenges.

Participants train using professional equipment including rescue boards, boogie boards, torpedoes, diving masks, swim fins, defibrillators, and first aid gear.

The camp is led by experienced instructors from Vrensted Sports Association and professionally trained open-water lifeguards from Aalborg Municipality Lifeguard Service (AKK), ensuring a safe, educational, and authentic experience.

Ocean Rescue Camp is designed for children who can swim at least 100 meters, enjoy being active, and are ready to take on new challenges. Participants are grouped by age and skill level to ensure an inclusive and rewarding experience.
