Welcome to Wool Days Thy, where nature, creativity, and adventure come together amidst yarn and knitting needles at Denmark's most picturesque knitting festival. Experience colorful threads and soft wool in a unique atmosphere.
The whole of Hurup will be the center of the knitting festival Wool Days Thy on September 19-21, 2025, where Hurup Hallerne will be the focal point for exciting lectures, inspiring exhibitions and cozy lounge areas where you can relax and meet other knitters. Explore the many stands where local and international exhibitors present their unique products and materials. And don't forget the food stalls, which serve delicious dishes that make the festival experience complete. Once the entrance ticket is paid, all events in Hurup Hallerne are free.The festival also offers over 40 creative workshops and we have strived to put together a workshop program so that there is something for both new knitters and the more experienced; for the young and the mature; for those who are into free play and those who want to get geeky and immerse themselves in techniques - and we have added a few courses in crochet and embroidery, which we also hope you will take advantage of.The pedestrian street and the surrounding green, scenic areas will form the framework for several food stalls and lounge areas, local shops, working workshops and creative activity - all creatively tied together by what we call the 'Garnruten'.
