Musikladen Lønstrup - Concert with McGuinness

There is always a guarantee of a fantastic atmosphere when McGuinness takes the stage.
Their repertoire of Irish and Scottish songs is arranged in a rhythmic and beautiful setting accompanied by a melodious choir and with traditional instruments such as mandolin, banjo, accordion and tin whistle – all played and sung with great enthusiasm, an infectious joy and spiced with good stories from North Jutland.
McGuinness is known for, among other things, fantastic concerts at Skagen Festival – and not least their previous collaboration with De Gyldne Løver. This collaboration has left a clear mark on the band's music, where McGuinness knows how to weave the legendary Løver's lyrics into original Irish and Scottish numbers.
So look forward to a great concert in the company of the 7 talented musicians from Vendsyssel – it won't be that bad after all!
