Yoga and Saunagus in beautiful surroundings at Lønstrup Strandhotel
Time: 10:00 – 17:00
We start on time, so please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to unfold your yoga mat and land in the room.
Price: 795 DKK including vegetarian lunch, sauna gus and access to the spa area
Registration: yogaretreat@outlook.dk and payment to MobilePay box 7553MM.
Note: Registration is binding. If you are prevented from attending, you are welcome to give your place to someone else.
Remember to bring:
Yoga mat – if you don't have a mat yourself, you can rent a freshly cleaned mat for 25 DKK.
Notification of this must be given when you register.
Blanket
Yoga blocks and/or cushion, if you have them. It is not a must.
Swimwear and towel for sauna gus
