At Lønstrup Smykke Design, jewelry designer Nynne Kegel creates handcrafted jewelry in gold, silver, and gemstones, inspired by the nature of the North Sea around Lønstrup. Discover unique designs with references to sea buckthorn, shells, sea urchins, beach stones – and the iconic Lighthouse Ring inspired by Rubjerg Knude.

Jewelry designer Nynne Kegel creates and sells high-quality handcrafted jewelry at Lønstrup Smykke Design. Each piece is made in her own goldsmith workshop in Lønstrup, where traditional craftsmanship and precision are paramount – from the first idea and sketch to the finished piece.

When Nynne walks in the dunes and along the beach at Lønstrup, nature becomes an active part of the design process. In the workshop, precious metals are transformed into jewelry that tells the story of the raw and unspoiled landscape of the North Sea. Sea buckthorn, pine cones, sea urchins, fascinating shells (including cuttlefish shells) and beach stones appear as forms, textures, and references in her imaginative designs.

Lønstrup Smykke Design offers jewelry in gold, silver, and gemstones, with a strong focus on durability, finish, and a timeless expression. In the shop you can also experience iconic pieces such as the beautiful “Lighthouse Ring”, inspired by the Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse.

Visit the workshop and boutique and follow the process from nature-inspired idea to finished jewelry – or take part in shaping your own custom piece through dialogue and design.
