Lækkeriet and Knudegarn invite you to a talk with Ole Østergaard
In a world where everything is measured, counted, and evaluated, it almost feels forbidden to do something simply for your own sake – just because it’s fun. To draw, to write without a goal, to be carried away by nature, light, or silence. The things you love may never fit into a schedule or be displayed as an achievement.
In this talk, you won’t be promised results. No recipes for success. Instead, you’ll be inspired to create a space for exploration, sensing, creating – and perhaps discover that what seems pointless is what makes the most sense.
The talk is based on "Skeletons with Hearts" – a series of posters about finding the courage to be the change you want to see.
About Ole Østergaard
“I have always known that leadership was my path. Not as an ambition, but as something I had to follow – a kind of journey of discovery. Leadership is also self-leadership, and I am passionate about creating space for human unfolding.”
Ole is a Computer Scientist and ID Business Coach. For 10 years, he trained in consciousness with Erik Mikkelsen and Helen Gamborg, and daily practice has been part of his life for 25 years. He has always played music, drawn, and written. He is the author of “Silence Calls” and the poster series “Skeletons with Hearts”. He is a partner at Klean A/S, where since 2016 he has led the Klean Masterclass on change management in a world shaped by increasing technology.
