Kammersgaard local Ice Dairy

At Kammersgaard Ismejeri we make real Italian ice cream - made from scratch with organic milk from our own cows. Here the taste is closely connected to the place, and you can taste the difference. We believe in simplicity, craftsmanship and the joy of sharing - from farm to fork, from cow to scoop.

Kammersgaard is a historic family farm, where today we are the 4th generation to farm. All generations have worked the land here, and it's a tradition we've built on. We are a family of five: Emma, Jesper and our children Mads, Signe and Amanda.

In May 2022, the farm passed to us and today we have 220 organic dairy cows and farm 250 hectares of land in Hygum. It is these cows that make it possible to establish Kammersgaard Ismejeri, where we make ice cream with the freshest organic milk - sourced directly from the farm.

We work closely with local suppliers, so our ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality. Every single ice cream is made with care, passion and respect for the best ingredients.

When you visit our shop, you'll get an exciting insight into how we make our ice cream. Through a large panoramic window you can look directly into our ice cream dairy, where we produce every liter of ice cream with love and craftsmanship.

We offer a large selection of ice cream - from ice cream sticks and ice cream buckets to ice cream desserts and ice cream cakes in many flavors.

Our shop is open every Friday from 13:00 - 17:00 and we hope you enjoy our ice cream, which we love to make ourselves!
