Italian grill night at Myggen's

Myggen’s concludes its series of wine evenings with an atmospheric Italian grill night, where authentic cuisine meets carefully selected Italian wines – in collaboration with David Andreasen from Vinslottet.dk.

The evening begins with a glass of sparkling Spumante and small bites, followed by four flavorful courses inspired by traditional Italian cuisine. Look forward to dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta in seafood bisque, creamy mushroom risotto with pancetta, grilled pizzas with Italian specialties, and a sweet finale of panna cotta with cherry and passion fruit.

The menu is paired with seven carefully selected wines that perfectly complement each course.
