Cabins at Bur Fristed

At Bur Fristed, you can book one of a total of three barrel-shaped cabins for a price of 500 DKK per night (550 DKK in the winter season). The cozy cabins accommodate two people and there are tables and chairs that you can take outside in good weather. The price includes rental of bed linen and towels. Close to the cabins, you will find a public wheelchair-accessible toilet, but for a small additional fee, you can purchase access to a toilet with a shower and a small well-equipped kitchen.

The cabins are part of Bur Fristed, which also has a grill hut, shelters with a fire pit, a football field, pétanque court, and dog forest. These facilities are free to use. There is also an electric charging station and campervan site available for a fee (100 DKK per overnight stay).

When staying in the cabins, you can order breakfast.

Breakfast consists of: 2x instant coffee, 1 tea bag, sugar, milk, 1 roll, 1 slice of rye bread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of cold cuts with some garnish and jam. Price per person: 75 DKK. It must be ordered no later than the day before at Bur Forsamlingshus for pickup at Bygaden 19 the next day between 8:00–10:00.

Dish of the day (ready for microwave) 60 DKK per person. Must be ordered no later than 16:00 the day before.

Wheelchair accessible entry:

It is possible to open both doors and there is no threshold at the entrance, making it easy for standard wheelchairs to enter the cabins. Additionally, there are driving mats on the grass, so wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties can easily reach the cabins. The public toilet by the parking lot is wheelchair accessible. The parking lot is gravel, but there is ample space to park close to the service building, which has paved flooring around it.
