Our principle is to use fish of the very best quality only.
We have reinterpreted the traditional British fish’n’chips. There are similarities with the original way of serving the fish, but we make the dish on a secret family recipe that our beloved deceased grandfather has handed down to us.
We follow the entire process, from the fish being landed at the port of Hanstholm, until we select fish of the best quality at Hanstholm Fish Auction, and until it is served to our customers.
The food is served from a food truck. That way, we get far and wide and bring the experience out to our customers.
