Bronze statue by Adam Fischer installed in Østergade.
Created by artist Adam Fischer in 1946 but first installed in 1975 in Østergade. The statue portrays a girl sitting on the edge of a low basin and reflecting in the water.
Adam Fischer was a close friend of the artist Astrid Noack and was also her teacher.
The basin in front of "Girl who is Mirrored" is created by Helge Bertram, which you can see in the characteristic crooked mill tiles which also can be seen in the pedestrian street and in the Water Works.
