It has gradually become a tradition that the lighthouse's pickle team, with Inge Marie in the lead, uses the days leading up to Easter to prepare a day of open sandwiches at the lighthouse. Because when everything from bread to cold cuts to decorations needs to be homemade, it requires plenty of time and competent hands.
As we approach Easter, we will put a link to a sandwich menu on our website, so you can order in advance what you would like.
It will also be possible to a certain extent to just drop in and buy open sandwiches, but maybe not exactly the pieces you most want, so it is a good idea to order.
Check the open sandwich list on our website and send your order to fyr@bovbjergfyr.dk. Remember to specify when you will arrive and how many people you are, and we will reserve a table and make a platter ready for you with your pieces on it.
