Christmas Treats with the Food Division

Danish Christmas is approaching, and at Slagteriet, our Food Division offers a workshop and communal dining experience where traditional Danish Christmas treats get a creative twist. Think savory æbleskiver, cakes, gløgg, and more.

In the kitchen, the Food Division team will guide you as we cook and bake delicious dishes from selected recipes, to be served at 6:30 PM. Together, we’ll discuss recipes, enjoy the cozy atmosphere, and prepare food and tables for a delightful evening.

The Food Division is a volunteer-based food community where we meet whenever we feel like it, to work on food projects and host communal meals.
